Who are you and what do you do as a coach?

“Working as a group exercise instructor for seven years and a certified personal trainer for six, Janita Pavelka helped many women work their little hearts out in the gym. But after not observing significant progress, Janita knew it was more about outside-the-gym choices, food and non-food choices that made the difference for the women. This was an impetus to become a certified health coach through Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2012 where she studied over 100 different dietary theories in a yearlong program. Now Janita works as a Holistic Health Coach for women “to help set them free…from the inside out”. After losing 40 lbs. and maintaining her weight for 25 years, she knows how to help women make it lasting and doable, not a passing fad or temporary weight loss. Janita has been married for 22 years to Tim, is a mom of four teens, and they live on Old MacDonald’s farm in south central NE.
