Who are you and what do you do as a coach?
Janita believes every person can live a specially created life through a personal relationship with the Heavenly Father. Her purpose on this earth is to infuse hope, inspire action, and picture a special future for others as we are meant to live an abundant life filled to overflowing with the Holy Spirit. She lost 40 pounds 25 years ago and has kept it off through a healthy and active lifestyle.
She earned degrees in Social Work, Psychology and Education, which made her a highly relational educator for the last 27 years. When not teaching or coaching women in the health and wellness fields, she is hiding out writing books on their Old MacDonald’s farm near Oxford, NE. She has been married to Tim for 23 years and they have five children: Greg, Rachel, Christian, Hannah, and Amanya.
Doesn’t detox mean deprivation?
No – deprivation is eating the “wholesome American” diet filled with factory-made, genetically-modified foods that contain enormous amounts of chemicals, preservatives, bad fats and sugar, and getting NO nutrition from it. Detoxing is the opposite of deprivation because you’ll get all the nutrients your body needs.
I have a food allergy. Can I still do this program?
Absolutely! If you have an allergy to a food recommended in this program, you can easily remove or substitute that ingredient or meal for another one in the recipe guide.
